Focus Area Editor flexibility

We've heard from folks that the editor can be a bit restrictive.

While the components of the focus area (what do you want to do, with who, about what, why) are valuable, we see ways to improve the UX here

    v1 of AI-powered Focus Area Editor is live in app

    we are targeting release of v2 by 6/19

    I like defaulting to the components because it's really user friendly, but it would be really cool to be able to toggle over to a free form text editor option.
